How Does The Service Work?

CNC Test Rig

Use the Product Search at the top of the page to find the item that you want to send for repair. Once you have found the part you need, click the Repair Button, complete the form printing out the following page and return it along with the faulty item to the address shown on the form. Please ensure that you pack the item carefully before sending it to us.

After assessing you faulty item we will email you a fixed price, no obligation quotation to you. We will then await your confirmation that you wish to proceed with the repair.

Once complete the item will be returned to you.

Our typical repair time is 5-7 days from the receipt of your item

Testing & Warranty

All repairs are 100% functionally tested (subject to part supplied and test rig availability) before being sent back and are covered by our comprehensive 12-month-warranty.
